2. Conditions for Returning Goods:

  • The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, unworn, and with original tags and labels.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Inspection and Processing of Returned Goods:

Upon receiving the returned items, our skilled professionals will inspect their condition. If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method. This process may take up to 14 business days.

4. Claims and Damaged Goods:

If you receive damaged goods or have other claims, please contact us immediately at eshop@lanovesaty.sk. Provide us with photos of the damage and a description of the issue, and we will strive to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

5. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

If you decide to cancel your order before the items are shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at eshop@lanovesaty.sk. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to provide you with a full refund.
